Note:
From March 2023 to August 2023 the "Specific Purpose of Applicable Criteria and Restriction on Distribution and/or Use" section of these attestations contained an incorrect reference to the report being prepared for the Canadian Securities Administrators. Since inception these reports have been solely for the Entity and not for reporting to the Canadian Securities Administrators. The reference has been removed as of September 2023.
